TheOhio Children of Incarcerated Parents Initiative Summit is expected to attract community members, treatment and prevention staff, restored / justice involved citizens, adult family members, faith and ministry leaders, and service providers. This is a great opportunity for vendors interesting in reaching these audiences.
The initiative began in 2015, strategically building the re-entry workforce capacity through a series of trainings that certified professionals in an evidence-based prevention intervention (EBPI). The initiative increases personal and family strengthening skills among restored citizens, offenders and affected youth, which supports the successful transition back to family and community.
A huge thank you to everyone who attended our inaugural OhioCIP Summit! In case you missed it, here’s a peak at some highlights of the day.
